Roasting Coffee Beans with Kal Spelletich

When Chris, Evelyn, Johannes and I visited Kal Spelletich at his warehouse in SF last week, Kal roasted some organic coffee beans for us and brewed a really wonderful coffee for us - quite strong, but pleasantly smooth, not at all bitter.
He uses a pop-corn making machine for the roasting, interestingly enough!
